1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities offered by Unisono Experiences may include, but is not limited to:

• Guided hikes and nature walks
• Waterfall visits and immersion experiences
• Ocean swimming and beach activities
• Boat rides and water transportation
• Temazcal (traditional sweat lodge) ceremonies
• Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices
• Yoga and movement sessions
• Coaching and personal development activities
• Cultural experiences and excursions
• Wellness, healing, and nervous system regulation practices
• Transportation to and from activity locations

I acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks that may result in injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, disability, or death. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Slips, trips, falls, and uneven terrain
• Exposure to heat, humidity, sun, rain, insects, wildlife, or natural hazards
• Drowning, water-related accidents, or ocean currents
• Boating accidents or transportation-related incidents
• Physical exertion, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke
• Reactions to smoke, heat, herbs, or environmental conditions during Temazcal ceremonies
• Emotional or psychological discomfort arising from wellness, coaching, or personal growth activities
• Delays in emergency medical care due to remote locations
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers

2. Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that:

• I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in the activities offered.
• I have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect my participation.
• I understand that participation in certain activities may involve strenuous physical activity and exposure to environmental conditions.
• I understand that Unisono Experiences does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
• I am responsible for consulting with my healthcare provider before participating if I have any concerns regarding my health.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities organized by Unisono Experiences, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Unisono Experiences, Denisse Sandoval, Dave Tuck, employees, contractors, guides, facilitators, volunteers, transportation providers, venue owners, landowners, boat operators, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

• Personal injury
• Illness or medical conditions
• Emotional distress
• Property loss or damage
• Accidents occurring during transportation or activities
• Participation in any experience, excursion, ceremony, or wellness activity

This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Temazcal & Wellness Activity Acknowledgment

I understand that Temazcal ceremonies, breathwork, meditation, and other wellness practices may involve physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological experiences. I acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary.
• I may leave or modify my participation at any time.
• Results and experiences vary by individual.
• These practices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
• Facilitators are acting as guides and wellness practitioners and are not providing medical advice or treatment.

5. Water Activities Acknowledgment

I understand that participation in ocean swimming, waterfall immersion, boating, or other water-based activities carries inherent risks including:

• Drowning
• Strong currents
• Changing weather conditions
• Slippery surfaces
• Marine life encounters
• Equipment failure
• Limited access to immediate emergency assistance

6. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for photographs, videos, audio recordings, and testimonials taken during Unisono Experiences to be used for promotional, educational, marketing, website, and social media purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to:

• Treat facilitators, guides, and participants with respect.
• Respect cultural traditions and sacred practices.
• Honor the privacy and confidentiality of others.
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines.
• Refrain from behavior that may endanger myself or others.
• Avoid participation while under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the experience without refund.

8. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unisono Experiences, Denisse Sandoval, Dave Tuck, employees, contractors, volunteers, guides, venue owners, transportation providers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from my actions or participation.

9. Autorización para Atención Médica de Emergencia

In the event of an accident, injury, illness, or medical emergency, I authorize Unisono Experiences and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to provide consent. I understand that I am solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the activity or experience takes place. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Agreement & Acknowledgment

I certify that:

• I am at least 18 years of age, or a parent/legal guardian has signed on my behalf.
• I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Release Agreement.
• I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights by signing this document.
• I sign this agreement voluntarily and without coercion.
